Hospice by the Bay (“us,” “we,” or “our”) operates http://www.hospicebythebay.org (the “Site”). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information we receive from users of the Site.

This above is why we do not recommend that you email personal health information about you or someone you know (including name, address, diagnosis, etc.). Under the health information privacy rules set down by the government, only fax transmission or phone call are considered secure methods of giving out personal health information. Unless you use an encryption service, email is not considered a secure method of communication.

4. Does your site collect Cookies?
