Donor Letter

This wonderful letter arrived along with a kind donation from one of our patient families (who later gave us permission to share this with our website visitors)

Dear Hospice by the Bay,

We thank you for all of the services you provided our beloved mom for the month before her death. The teams that helped her, the nurses, home health aides (thank you, Laura!), our chaplain and social worker, etc., we thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Everyone was kind, thoughtful, informative, and supportive.

Also, thank you to your vigil volunteers who provided respite and care during those last days. My sister and I also attended loss of parent groups. We both feel so nourished and supported in our loss. We send this donation with our appreciation!

Love, Two grateful daughters and our families
